2. Eligibility: We are looking for Asian paintings painted on Asian papers. Professional artists and students both may apply.
3. Venue: University of Missouri-Columbia, Memorial Union

6. Fees: $35 for up to 7 images, additional $100 for accepted artists (artists may exhibit up to 3 artworks)

(1) The Wind Institute:
The Wind Institute (TWI) is an independent institute which will collaborate with the University of Missouri Vice Provost Office of International Programs. TWI will conduct activities related to its founding purposes such as research collaboration and global education. TWI¡¯s mission is to encourage scholars in the global community to focus on global issues and to provide guidance to future generations that contributes to a solution to poverty, promotes freedom, and enhances the value of life.
TWI combines three activities and events: artistic events, academic research and conferences, and information sharing. When profits are made, TWI will fund the education of adoptees, of underprivileged youth, and of disaster victims.
(2) Artwork sales must be done between clients and artists directly. (No commission for the host/ curator)
(3) Artwork shipping from/to must be arranged by artists.
(4) Accepted artworks must be arrived by January 5, 2011
(5) Artworks will be displayed on easels
(6) Exhibition postcard, e-card, poster, will be produced for promotion.
