그리고 갤러리는 2014년 ‘아날로그 라이프’를 컨셉으로 한 전시들을 기획 중이며 그 첫 번째 프로젝트로 3월 6일부터 3월 27일까지 < 친애하는 당신> 프로젝트를 진행한다.
그리고 갤러리는 전시장 한 쪽에 전시된 과거의 손편지들과 함께 인터넷과 스마트폰의 사용으로 더이상 쓰여 지지 않는 현재의 손편지를 미래에 남기기 위해 이 프로젝트를 기획하게 되었다. 이 프로젝트에 참가를 원하는 사람은 갤러리에 방문 하여 전시장 한가운데 놓여 있는 데스크에 앉아 갤러리에서 제공하는 일련번호가 새겨진 편지지에 직접 손편지를 쓰고 봉인한 후에 편지함에 넣으면 갤러리에서 일정 기간이 지난 후 편지봉투에 적힌 주소로 편지를 보내 준다. 개인의 사적인 이야기 혹은 공적인 내용이 담긴 편지들은 그 자체로서 역사적, 문학적 가치를 지니게 되며 이 편지들은 가족, 지인, 단체들에게 도착하게 될 것이다. 이 프로젝트는 일상의 영역에서 이뤄지는 경험들이 우리에게 무엇을 줄 수 있는가 하는 경험적 예술을 기반으로 기획되었으며 특별히 ‘아날로그 라이프’라는 영역의 확장을 지지하고 있다.

Grigo Gallery will be showcasing a queue of ‘analogue life’ themed exhibitions. Opening the series is the first exhibition Dear You that will be ongoing from March 6th thru March 27th 2014.
In the midst of the exponentially expanding impact of Internet and smart phones, Grigo Gallery conceptualized this exhibition to preserve the rare, past and present days’ hand-written letters for our future generations. Anyone who would like to partake in this exhibition can actually write a letter at the desk in the center of the exhibition room. The sealed envelopes with the Gallery-provided stamp numbers can be placed in the mailbox, and the letters will be sent to the according addresses in near future. All letters with private or public content have historic and cultural values, and they will be sent to families, friends, and communities. This project explores and emphasizes the experiential art that takes place within the realm of our daily life, and especially supports the expansion of the ‘analogue life’ in the modern society.
