Unfortunately, what was our daily life's significant portion of impact, the newspaper, is at the jeopardy of extinction.

In exchange of the joy of drinking morning coffee with newspapers, people are rapidly more using Internet to check news and emails. Some are even taking IPhones instead of newspapers to the toilet.

Soon, humans will insert electronic chips in their bodies for various convenient services and will let the computer system to dominate human brains 24 hours a day. This is practically already happening, as people's daily life is increasingly more based on the online mobile spaces.

Before the dawn of the Internet era, newspaper was the first connection that allowed people to obtain daily knowledge about the whole wide world.

It was a different spectrum that was discovered as our self identity developed. Sometimes, the newspapers would even be re-used for the common people's practical uses.

However, nowadays, simple clicks on mobile phones have replaced the excitement of hearing the morning newspaper being delivered on the front door and seeing overnight snow on the paper.

As Grigo Gallery's second project to support the analogue life, the Gallery presents to exhibit and preserve the newspapers that shared generations of life with us.

In the exhibition room, there will be 120 glass bottles with contemporary newspapers, and in the center are the "First Man on the Moon" and "New Millennium" issues of vintage newspapers. This exhibition attempts to rediscover and start a new thread of conversations about the indefinite inspiration, knowledge, and the epic experience that conventional newspapers have long given to us.
